The Rackspace Technology Executive Leadership Team personally selects individuals to join the Rackspace Technology Customer Advisory Board. This exclusive opportunity allows members to network with 25+ CXO peers, transform technology and business services globally, and share candid feedback with Rackspace Technology executives – all while helping us improve the customer experience for all of our partners.
Customer Advisory Board Members realize value and benefits in a variety of forms, with exclusive opportunity to:

- Have their voices heard and strategy integrated with Rackspace Technology’s future initiatives.
- Receive a clear picture of our vision and business strategy, including unique access to roadmaps, new products and the Rackspace Technology Executive Leadership Team.
Customer Advisory Board Members’ responsibilities include:
- Meeting up to two times per year.
- Committing to 2 years of service time to provide continuity between meetings. Membership to the board is nontransferable.
- Agreeing to Rackspace QBRs between board meetings (pulse check).
- Responding to relevant surveys and questionnaires.
- Participating or delegating participation in relevant sub-committees and work streams.
- Completing a personal profile and bio for the membership kit.
- Maintaining meeting confidentiality in order to promote the open exchange of ideas and information and protect the privacy of Members and their organizations.
